Every AI agent on our marketplace includes a demo video showing real workflows and capabilities. We verify these demos before listing. If you purchase an agent and discover it's materially different from what was demonstrated, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase.
"Materially different" means the agent cannot perform core functions shown in the demo, requires significantly more setup than stated, or delivers outputs that don't match the demonstrated quality or format.
How we enforce this: We do not process payments directly — purchases happen on the vendor's platform. Our enforcement works like this: we investigate every valid dispute, and any vendor who refuses to honor a legitimate refund claim is permanently removed from the marketplace. This means vendors have a strong incentive to resolve disputes fairly. We are transparent about this model because we believe honesty builds more trust than false promises.
Within 30 days of purchase, submit a refund request explaining how the agent differs from its demo.
We review your claim, consult with the vendor, and independently determine whether the agent matches its demo.
If we find the claim valid, the vendor is expected to issue a refund. Vendors who refuse are permanently delisted — protecting every future buyer.
